<p><strong>Return Policy</strong></p> <p><strong>Return Window</strong></p> <p>Thank you for shopping with HATORIMODS!<br /><br />We offer the option to refund and/or exchange your purchase anytime within 5 days of your purchase arriving. A formal request must be placed during this timeframe; any request that falls outside of said timeframe we will not be able to process.</p> <p><br />A return can be requested by reaching out to us at the contact us page. Please include the following information:</p> <ul> <li>Order Number</li> <li>Your Console Model and Description</li> <li>Reason for Return</li> <li>Contact information (Name &amp; E-mail, Address)</li> </ul> <p><br />Any and all returns must be in the same condition that the console arrived in. No returns will be accepted if a console's condition has changed (i.e., the device now has scratches).<br /><br />Once a request is made, please allow 24-48 hours for our team to reply regarding the status of your request (approved/need further info/etc.).<br /><br />Should your return be approved, it must be postmarked (dropped off AND scanned) within 3 business days of a return being approved and/or a label being sent to you. This will be outlined within our reply back to you. If a console is returned to us and does not meet the above guidelines, it will be sent back under return to sender.<br /><br />Please note that should more than five days have elapsed since your console was delivered, we will be unable to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind unless a request was filed during the five-day grace period allowed.<br /><br />Refunds will be provided to customers within 48 hours of the item being delivered back to us. We will not provide a refund any time prior to a product arriving back.<br /><br />Lastly, please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping back to us, including insuring the console. We will not issue refunds for packages shipped back to us that are lost or damaged due to the carrier.<br /><br /></p> <p><strong>Damaged or Lost Package?</strong></p> <p>What to do if your product arrives damaged or is lost?</p> <p>Should a product arrive damaged, broken, or otherwise due to mishandling from the carrier, please contact us directly with details, photos, and verification of your purchase in order to allow us to best assist you. Please make sure to purchase appropriate insurance when making a purchase. USPS default insurance only covers up to $100 in damages or lost items. Meaning if the item arrives damaged or is lost, I will only be able to refund up to what the insurance pays for.</p> <p>Have additional questions? Please contact us.</p>
